An auction, exhibition and toy drive, all benefiting British Columbia's kids! Join the Wood Co-op in supporting local children's charities by designing, building, and donating a wooden handmade toy. Your toy could be anything from a fun, intriguing toy for tots to a one of a kind collectible piece for adults. Just submit your toy to the Wood Co-op by September 1st, 2008. A jury will select the most innovative and inspired pieces for display in an exhibition and silent auction from October 1st to 23rd, 2008. The Wood Co-op's toy drive will donate all other pieces directly to a selection of children's charities across the province. This project offers a rare chance to develop a new product and have it shown at the Wood Co-op Gallery to a wide range of people from all over the world; all while having some fun, and making a child's day! Your donation and participation, can & will bring smiles to children all over British Columbia. Please help us to make that happen!
